Starving?...?!


Question: I really really wanna starve, because everyone who sees me say that I'm getting chubby. Any tips to control myself from eating a lot? I'm really getting chubbier, I'm not that slender anymore.

Any food or tips to consider? I want to detoxify also.

go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food after 7 p.m.
I know a woman who lost 60 pounds a month on it. She did nothing else!

I read somewhere that starving or skipping meals will actually make you gain weight, not help lose it! Report It

  • Dont starve, many people who do become obese.
    Just cut out junk food, eat healthier and get right amount of excersise

    starving never be a good solution. do u like to be slim and sick? take a healthy and balance diet instead. take more fruits and veges.

    Starving yourself is the wrong thing to do as you will just put it all back on when you eat again and your body will just hold on to its fat as it thinks you are in a famine situation. Instead of losing weight you will just keep gaining it.
    Stop eating crap and stick to veg and fruit, the weight will just drop off and you will feel really healthy too. You will naturally detox also if you drink a glass of water every time you feel like snacking between meals.

    try a slimming club ,

    im a bloke and i go , and have lost about 2 stone and its dead easy to do
