try sex / masturbation as a sure fire, natural sleeping aid, if that fails, see health food store (if u wanna try natural remedies).
if non of these tickle your fancy, head down to your GP and talk to him about sleeping aids.

Usually not so....maybe your not one after all. Cuz most times they don't have a clue they hurt someone or just don't give a f***
Some things that might help you go to sleep easier are: exercise - jogging (but not right before bed), eating a complex carb an hour before (apple, salad, etc), peanut butter (just works for me), not watching tv right before, reading a book for 10 minutes. You might not be getting enough omega-3 (in fish). This is VERY common, and has a negative effect on sertonin regulation; which can cause insomnia. If you dont like fish take fish oil maybe.
