Coffee actually stimulates your metabolism and is only 2 calories a cup so it doesn't hinder weight loss. In fact, drinking a cup after a workout can help soothe sore muscles. However, if you are so tired that you are craving coffee like crazy, perhaps you are overdoing your workouts or not getting enough sleep. Seven to eight hours of sleep is what your body really should get and a lack of sleep can hurt weight loss.

Hey,
I am a coffee addict, and i have filtered coffee with milk( indian style). I only think of the positives it gives. Good for your wheezing problems-keeps you active all day.
I never think coffee has any proven negative aspects.

I would suggest you could limit yourself to a maximim of three cups.

I keep hearing good things about coffee in the news. Don't remember what they are. Maybe I should start drinking coffee to help with mental function. Or maybe I'm just tired. Coffee could help with that!

coffee is perfectly fine. I used to drink about 6 cups a day. The good thing about drinking so much coffee is that you will definitely not be constipated!

The caffiene throws me into anxiety attacks.
