Question: ok i weigh 212 am 6'3 i want to be 180-185 can i lose fat and gain muscle all at the same time and weigh 180-185 if so how?

well. first of all muscle mass weighs more than fat mass, and the more muscle you have the more fat you can burn.
So my answer would be yes you can lose fat and gain muscle at the same time but i don't know if the actual scale reading would be 180-185.. you could weight more but not look it simply because of the amount of muscle mass you have.

i would work on reps of weight "about 7-10 reps" that is chalenging but not impossible so you can do about 4 sets

also, run plenty and do those curl up thingys where you put your feet in the air and touch your elbows to your knees
