Why am i so obsessed over my weight?!


Question: okay, i'm 15 (almost 16 in june) 5'6 and 140 pounds.

I was anorexic & builmic two summers ago. But me and my mom started a gym in January where I do 45 minutes of cardio and eat healthy.

I always count my calories, and i feel guilty if i eat something over 300 calories(in one piece) or something like a choclate bar.

I always tell my parents/ friends that "im fat" "ew look at me"
I just want to look good for the summer, toned in a bikini, but my head tells my different, and another part tells me that i will be looking for the summer.


Whats wrong with me?

I have exactly the same problem.the counting i driving me mad and everyone is wondering what is wrong with me when we seat to eat and i burst out "are you gonna eat that? do you know how unhealthy it is?"
i hate myself for that

I am kind of obsessed with my weight too...
Well Im never been anorexic or bullimic or anything its just Im born skinny and I always feel that if I dont take care of my body I'll gain weight...
But I eat when I want, this is usually my eating scheduel
Breakfast=
- peanut butter sandwich+ orange juice
OR
- smootie, no sugar added
OR
- bagel+butter+ orange juice

SNACK=
-apple & granola bar
OR
-fruit cup+ all brain bars
OR
- veggies and fruits

LUNCH=
- pita & hummus
OR
-egg sandwich
OR
-Green salad
OR
-Mac & Cheese

AFTERNOON SNACK=
- chips
OR
- chocolate bar
OR
- bad stuff

SUPPER=
the usual, needs to include, meat, grains, and veggie, and milk

Thats my meal and Im really healthy and in shape....
To get fit I joined a cheerleading team.... Im actually captain now. But wow! That really gets you fit. Here are a couple cheerleading hip hop videos on youtube:

Do that everyday and you'll be fit as ever

Also I do alot of yoga, it really tones your body alot.

After doing these two five times a day for 4 weeks you will look so fabulous....
FLAT ABS
MUSCULAR ARMS ( not too much, but thin muscular)
LOST WEIGHT ( 20 pounds)
NICE MODEL LEGS

Never starve yourself or do anything to hurt your body, you onloy have one life to live dont spend it hurting yourself and watching your every eating move...
Just be healthy eat alot of oragnics and do the videos I sent you
