Late night eating syndrome?!

Question: i think i have it.
i don't have a set bedtime for myself and go to bed really late alot of the time; this affects my sleeping habits & contributes to the fact that i eat late at night.

what's a good way to get myself into the habit of having a set bedtime? what ways can i trick my mind to change my lifestyle? help!?

To create a habit, you have to do something for 21 days. So for 21 days try to go to bed at a time where you would get 7 to 8 hours of sleep.

Also, when you start feeling sleepy get to bed soon. People who are young have weirder circadian rhythms (biologically, what makes you tired and awake) and we tend to feel more awake during the night so try and catch that window when it comes on. For me it will come around 10 and then leaves until 1 or 2.

start going to bed at 8; workout really hard in the afternoon(not evening) so youre tired and fall asleep quickly

first, it isnt bad to eat before bed, that myth of the food turning right into fat is well... just a myth, eating right before bed is good for the metabolism as for bed times though just do it, everynight tell yourself to be in bed by a certain time, get 8-9 hours sleep
