Weight loss stuck :-/ ?!


Question: i'm stuck at the same weight; i'm glad i haven't been gaining any weight lately, but for some reason i just can't lose any...
what's the best way to lose weight? tips to get over this point i'm stuck at?

stop eatin junk food. the best way to reduce weight is to sprint for a short distance n then rest an start again . it reduces weight the fastest. make sure u drink two glasses of water an eat somethin before the work out. eat as much as possible durin breakfast. i would suggest egg white sandwiches, oatmeals,glass o milk , . make sure u eat dinner at 7 or max 8 n then walk for half hour. follow this routine n ull lose at rate of 1 to 3 kgs a week dependin on how long u work out

Either drop 500 calories per day from your diet or keep your diet the same and burn 500 calories more per day with cardio. Or you could do some kind of mathematical combination of the two. This will make you lose 1 lb per week since burning 3500 calories is equal to burning 1 lb of fat.

it's my experience
exercise just makes your body ready but it coulden't gain or loss weight .
each +1100 k calory gain one kg and each -1100 k calory loss 1 kg .
must of calories are in rice and bread so if you want to gain weight eat much of these and if you want to loss weight reduce eating these .
