Question: hi k well i think am fat well pretty close to. i luv sports and everything but when i am not doing anything i st on my butt getting junk food. we i get the junk food i sit there saying i should do sothing but i want to finish the show, no one wants to hang out with me today, and i am to tried. I have tried to break this habit it but it isnt working can you help me?

you THINK your fat..so that mite not nessisarily mean its true your own perspective of how you look is different from how others see it depending on the confidence of your self if you really are unsure if you're fat or not google: BMI (body mass index) which is a calculator created to determine how much fat is in your body by your weight and height and they give plenty of advice on how to gain and lose it...and with the junk food what i usually do is think of all the disgusting stuff they used to make junk food and how much better it is to eat someting healthier sometimes it doesn't work but if your a junkie hey go for it...but what mite help is if you porpotion it like if you have a big bag of chips limit yourself don't take the whole bag with you put some in a bowl or something and limit yourself to only that or instead of snacking have a meal its healthier anyways good luck
