I suggest ignoring the idiots who suggested 90, 100 or even 115 Ibs. All of those would put your BMI at underweight.

At 5'8 you should be a minimum of 122Ibs and a maximum of around 145.

Really, there is no 'perfect' weight because one person of 5'7 might look great at 125 and another might look great at 140. It really does depend on your bone structure...some people have very small, light bones. Others have larger bones.

I would say your 'perfect' weight is whatever you feel and look your healthiest at.

Whoever said 100 is crazy, you'd look emaciated. The general rule is, 100lbs for 5ft, then add 5 lbs per inch. But depending on your body type (small, med or large frame) and how muscular you are, you should weigh anywhere from 125 to 150. Your weight fluctuates a lot in your early teens as your body changes, though, so as long as you're healthy, eating well, and are comfortable with yourself, I wouldn't worry about the number too much.

I'm a 15 year old and 5'7 and I weigh about 115 pounds. Since you will probably put on some more weight as you go through puberty (its natural), you should probably be around the same weight as me right now.
