Hi Kyashi ! ( by the way Im not a well english speaking person so if any mistakes, im sorry for them) Im 22 and my weight is 133 pounds right now.
but like a year ago :) I was much more bigger... :) I lost 30 pounds in one month last year. it was hard ! it is very hard! and I do understand how hard it must be for you! but here are few steps for you...
first step- who do you wanna lose your weight for?
if it is yourself- its gonna be lil b harder, but still possible !
if it is for someone you like, than it is much easier ( it was in my case) I had a first bf in my life, he wasnt skinny and he wasnt fat, but whenever we were together, I felt myself so much more bigger than he was, I decided to lose some weight, for that person, although he was against it. but IT WAS MY decision ! right !
step two- take a paper and list there EVERYTHING you like to eat ! the most favorite ! the ones that you love to eat everyday... and the ones you actually eat every day! look at it and REMEMBER- whatever is ON THE PAPER should not be in your stomach for a few mon-s! whatever it is ! NO ! cause these are the "guys" who make your weight to go up or atleast to stay where it is... but we have already made a decision , right?! we want to fight with the weight that you have. than lets fight it. ready for the next step?
step three- the most "EWW" one, is a gym ! ( I personaly HATE it, but thats a part of my weight losing programm), but please dont be afraid, it helps, and it will help you a lot if you will work out atleast 20->30 minutes per day.
step 4-cook your meal, make it by yourself... dont buy a stuff that is already cut for you. cut them by yourself. for example while I cut a carot for soup or anything.. I eat it as well.
step 5- do you have a scale? you must have it to track everything every single day...
watch you weight in the mornings, when you get up, go straight to the scale, look at the numbers, write em down, do the same tommorow, and after and after...
ou god, it is so soooooooooooooo cool, to see any result, any, even if its 0,30 pounds that youve lost in two days... but it is so cool to actually see that it goes down, and youre going to be so proud of yourself when youll look at the mirror and see yourself in a smaller size jeans... !!!!
you know what I did... I went to the mall, bought a pair of jeans, size 5 ! I was in size 13 at that time! and put them on the door in my room, so i could see them all the time... i said- Sakina- you wanna fit in these damn jeans, than you gotta do sg to make it happen. and it happened... was really hard.. really, how many times i had a wish just TO stop everything and give up, but no i didnt, ...
and you know all these losing weight programms are nothing but one thing- to prove yourself that you can do it, you are strong !
i wish all the best, Good luck

run for an hour everyday

FOOD is the only problem.

try slimming world your be surprised how much weight you can lose

Regular swimming is best advisable. Also try to drink more water. If possible on trial basis go for water therapy ie.,drink 5,6
glasses of water to start with ... in early mornings.(start with 2 glasses per day just after u wake up /before brushing.)Pl
inform the end result ..for my satisafaction.

I'm 5' tall, I gained up to 230lbs a 2 years ago, now I'm 136lbs and still going. at first I tried absolutely every thing! eating more, not eating, diet pills, diet programs, etc.

DOn't change things every month, it takes your body months to get use to the changes you make. Sometimes you'll lose weight fast in the first week but gain it back again, just keep at it.

The best thing that worked is ofcourse moving more. even little things at forost like taking extra steps, walking, then build your self up to doing more and more. doesn't ahve to be every day at first, but the more you do the better.

eating-wise.. protein shakes.. just slim fast or what ever, replace it with breakfast and lunch, but snakc in be tween, like fruit or yogurt, those snack bars. It's true the more you eat with tiny proportions, the better your motabolism is. You may gain 5 or solbs at first, bc your body has to change over.

CUT OUT SUGARS! thefirst thing I did was stop drinking soda.. i didn't drink alot of it, but I stopped and also put alot less sugar in my coffee..jsut by doing that I lost 15lbs immediately for the first month.

it seems slow at first, but once I got into the habbit of things, the protein shake thing worked well and even though I ate even when I wasn't hungry when I was gaining, these shakes make me not even feel like munching on stuff.. AND if you're craving a pizza or something.. go a head.. my doctor informed me that the main part of keeping to a diet is once a week treating yourself, because that's why most people quit, because you start craving everything immaginable over time and then you give up!

so.. instead of saying "i hate that I can't eat that" say "ooh, come friday I'll have that as my treat to myself"

Good luck! I hope things go well!!

I am right here with you... I love junk food and will choose it EVERY TIME. Obviously, that won't help you loose weight.

If you're anything like me, and I have a feeling you are, you've probably thought, at least once, I should just stop eating. Especially if it has been your dream.

Rule #1 for weight loss is to not skip meals. I know.. "Wait, you mean eat to lose?" Yes, that's exactly what I mean! Fact: people who skip breakfast comsume more calories than those who do not. When you don't eat normally, your body goes into "starvation mode." This causes you to retain any calories that you take in. "Well, then I'll just stop eating altogether... no food, no calories, no storage!" Yeah, maybe for the first little bit. But what happens when your body has used up all that fat? It'll start on your muscles. Not eating should never be an option (I've been there and back and it works about as well as a fad diet- aka, not at all).

Recommendation for regular eating: 5-6 small meals every 3 to 4 hours. This keeps your metabolism up, keeps you from going into a meal starving, and thus prevents over eating. Try to judge how hungry you are using a number system. 1 being uncomfortably full and 10 being starving. You should go into a meal at about a 7 and finsh at about a 4 or a 5.

Monitor the snack foods you eat and try to not consume too many. Snack on fruit, most of which are low in calories but fill you up. Make sure to drink water throughout the day, too. Also, if you are craving something, don't deny yourself, just keep it to a bare minimum. When you deny yourself, and completely cut something out of your diet, you are setting yourself up for failure and you will binge.

Make sure you are doing no less than 30-40 minutes of low-intensity cardio daily. The lower the intensity, the longer the time you should be doing it. These types of workouts are the fat burners. Try to include some weight training; this will build muscle which, in turn, burns fat. The weight training, however should be high-intensity (try to find a good cross-fit workout). This is going to get your heart rate up, get your blood moving, and attack the fat stored!

You may not get instant results. You WILL NOT wake up after a week and be a new person. Keep at it, keep pushing hard and I PROMISE you WILL notice a difference. You'll get trimmer, be healthier, and- more importantly- you'll feel so good about yourself.

Also, find a partner to help you through this and to keep you accountable. Try Stickk.com. It is a website that allows for that accountability. Also, an inspirtational book about beauty that I find helps me is "Captivating." It's a religious book but it works on so many levels.

I really hope this helps and I wish you the best of luck! And just remember- don't do this for any other reason than to make yourself healthier and happier about YOU.

I was stuck in a rut being overweight. I tried working out but nothing ever worked. I finally moved away from my home town and I found that I stopped all my bad habits that had formed over the years (such as drinking, smoking, partying, eating junk food, etc.). If I hadn't moved away, I don't think that I would have lost my weight or stopped my bad habits. In my life, I find that society is the largest culprit of forming bad habits such as drinking or eating to be comfortable (these two are really the same thing). I feel that once you overcome society and all "their" bullshi*, only then will you be able to maximize your Mental health. It's been 14 months since I've realized this and I've been going strong ever since. Last night I was at the bar with my friends and 1 hour had passed when I told them I was leaving to go home. They were pissed, but they're not in charge of me. Nobody is in charge of me. So I walked out that door leaving them pissed and you know what....it didn't bother me one bit! What I'm trying to say is that you have to make sacrifices to keep going strong in your quest for losing weight and to stop eating food for comfort. Sometimes these sacrifices are unbearable, but the outcome is indeed positive for you as an individual. Just one more random piece of advice....it takes nearly 27 days to make a routine thing become a habit.
