I Need a good workout Program and Diet?!


Question: Im 5'8" and weigh185lbs. I workout regularly but im not happy with my progress. I need to gain a little more weight and tone up more. Also I need a strict diet to help put me towards my goal.

diet wise you need to take in plenty of protein, through meat, fish, eggs, pulses & beans or protein shakes. to 'bulk up' i suggest heavier weights, 8to10 reps and 3to4 sets.
If your continually doin the same workout, on the same bodyparts then the body becomes used to it and it looses its effectiveness.

If you start running more and staying well hydrated, you'll lose 10lbs. per week, depending on how much you run.

Thats why people go off the rails - because when they eat loads, it doesn't immediately turn into fat, and when they exercise loads, it doesn't immediately make them skinny. You just have to be patient - all that your doing is having an effect, if it's not externally noticable. yet.
Toning up = running. There's nothing better. If you want to GAIN more weight - protein protein protein (from lean sources like fish). I've never tried gaining weight tho, lol
