How was this for what I have eaten so far today?!


Question: Breakfast: Baby spinach with grapes and strawberries and some buckwheat whole grain blueberry pancakes (two SMALL ones) with water to drink

Lunch: Bumblebee tuna drained and rinsed, toasted whole weat bread with a very tiny amount of mayo and mustard, with water to drink?


Snacks: Fruit


Beverages: Water



Hows this to lose weight, incorporated with exercise?

Ha ha ha ...very funny. I was expecting you to list food items. You did one of those tricky lead-in questions, didn't you?

You should eat until you are full of fruits vegetables at your meals with plenty of protein and less carbs if you need weight reduction. You should eat some whole grain carbs like you did for breakfast. Don't eat too little because in the long run you will gain weight back like that ,it will confuse your metabolism.
