I need muscles?!


Question: i weight 210 i am 6'2 1/2 i am a little fat but i am trying 2 gain muscle and loose weight at tha same time i need some advice

do not eat less, you wont put on muscle if there no nutrient, you need to eat lots of protien based food like tuna, or chicken, a protien supplement is a good thing too, you need to eat at least five times a day, just not fatty foods, running and walking will help get the fat off but the wont build muscle, you need to work out for that, get a personal trainer if you can to avoid doing yourself any harm, good luck

Low-fat diet and some good old fashion exercising, of course.

go to the gym, work out to get muscles...
eat less, and eat ONLY WHEN YOU'RE HUNGRY :-)

I could write an essay explaining it all to you on here but its easier for me to say... you will find an abundance of information on the subject on the net and in magazines.

don't listen to everyone else. You want muscle? Go to the gym 3-4 times a week, no more than that and no less. Work out for a minimum of 1 hour a day. Right after you get home drink a protein drink and eat a high protein and low fat meal.

People say not to eat a lot, they are wrong, the best way to lose fat and gain muscle is to keep eating SMALL meals though out the day, and all low in protein. Say bye to ALL fast foods.
