What is the best way to drop 20 lbs. by may?!


Question: i am 13. i'm not fat, but i'm chunky on my torso, thys, and calves.

a healthy weight loss is 5 pounds a week, you got about 4 weeks, but 5 is around the max a person can/should lose,

so it'd be somewhat hard, but first of all, no soda/candy/junk/fast food, alot of water, exercise hard for at least 2 hours a week,and eat diversely

Im sure ur fine the way u are: ) but if tis that important, try eating nuts, fruit etc inbetween meals instead of rubbish foods, and perhaps try a few exercises to tone ur muscles.

welll eat good food dont eat junk food eat friuts, veggies, just eat healty food but ur not fat if u sad ur not fat stop thinking what other people think about u someone will come who likes u the way u r but if u want to go on the diet then eat what i told u i tought i was fat and immmmm 12 but then i new i was not fat i was just very very strong sooo i hope that i help

A 13 year old should not be dieting if anything.
Get outside and play sports with your friends! The nice weather is around the corner so the best thing to do is get outside. Try to use your computer time as exercising time instead.
You're a kid and you should not be worrying about losing weight!!!! Trust me, it puts a strain your you mind to be thinking about that kind of thing and that there is not healthy.

Do not drink pop chips and walk twenty minutes in the morning and at night.Three light meals a day with water no sugar at all nor gravy or fries nor fast foods.Eat fruit and vegetales all you want. Good Luck

you should try wieght whates is speical food that is marked in points and every body has 25 points a day dont worrie yuo dont order the food you can buy the food at any food store likre ralfs ond yeah i am on it now i lose 5 lbs aday with it. it is for guys and girls and its real food you can have ice cream chiken,steak,bacon,turkey almost nyything threr are also candy bars from wheight watcher too and it is real too there are lso 0 point meals too so you could have amillion bowls of 0 point stuff and you would still have to eat you points to lose wheight i know it sounds crazy but it works

the person who wrote dit meant to write diet. and its a good idea. look at what you eat in a normal day, then for a week or so try to taper off the unhealthy fats, sweets, and candy. once you have almost none in a day. try to eliminate them altogether. then work on getting exercise by going to the gym, swimming, jumping rope or anything recreational. and trust me. you may not lose a ton of weight with this though because, if you are doing the exercise enough you will be replacing fat with muscle. but you should look fantastic. (muscle weighs more then fat. but is much "better and fit looking")

also drink a lot of water. no pop or anything else like that!
