Is there any harm in excersizing right after eating?!

No. Ideally you want to wait 1-2 hours but in todays busy world that is not always practical. It all depends on what you eat and the quantity. Its a personal thing as you have to know what your stomach can handle from what it can't.

Nope. The only reason I stay away from eating before exercise is for the reason you stated-stomach cramps. So if you're okay with exercising uncomfortably, then I guess there's no harm.

simple..the food doesnt get digested properly..wait for at least 30 minutes before you workout(if its a light meal yes thats ok but if a heavy meal wait at least an hour)..dont forget that the body burns calories 24/7...all the organs burn calories for energy even while food is getting digested and exercising too soon will add extra burden unto them..

U might feen sick and then eat more but if u do eat fruit. :)

Yeah you can throw up && you won't be burning it off because you just ate it. Excercise a hour or 2 hours after eating then you'll be burning it off.
