Shoulder problems from certain exercises?!


Question: so I get this weird feeling in my left shoulder when I'm performing exercises like dips or upright rows, does anyone know how to stop this like stretching or whatever?

Drop the upright rows, from what I hear, people who do them are more prone to shoulder injury. For the dips, I don't know, perhaps you can do some stretching beforehand, or some light supplementary exercise to work the rotator cuffs.
