Elliptical Cause this much weight gain?!


Question: I began the elliptical machine about 4 months ago (30min/day 3-4 times/week) and began arm exercises/machines about 3 weeks ago and all of a sudden BAM last week i gained 5 lbs from friday - sunday! i watch what I eat, even though i do eat sweets (always have!) it was just such a weight gain. this was last week, and this whole week has been about the same. I dont know that over 2 nights I could gain so much, thought it was water weight or just had a bad day with meals but its been over a week. I know muscle ways alot but coming on that quick? anyone else familiar with it? Its a big difference because usually i weigh 120 and now i'm 125ish.

After you exercise, you'll feel sore the next day or so, that's muscle being built. You must have exercised enough for your body to build up that muscle. If it is muscle weight, of course.
