Is it better to work out 30 min in the morning and 30 mmin in the evening or 60 !

Working out separately. They have been finding some promising results in studies that imply two short workouts are better because...
When you get your heart rate up it then platous(spelling?) so you're not burning as much as when you were increasing your heart rate.
SO
You should workout to get your heart rate up then let it drop back down then work it back up.
Though the study I heard about it was 20 mins workout 10 min rest then another 20 mins right away.
But that fact that you are working out in general is great!

not sure, but i have done it both ways because of limited time issues... the fact that you're working out and keeping healthy is great...

its better to spread the work it out, even more if you can, maybe 20 mins in the morning 20 in the day and 20 later on. short bursts. because if you do it this way, you wont wake up the next morning stiff and painful after the first few weeks, because your body can cope with it easier.

It really doesn't matter. Health wise its great and if your on a plan to lose or tone it doesn't matter either. Bottom line if you want to increase your metabolism you have combine your exercise routine with a sensible diet consisting of 5-6 meals throughout the day. The constant eating will along with workouts will pump up your metabolism, as long as you have the right calorie deficit!

Also be mindful, that you need to increase either the amount of time you workout or intensity over time to gain all-around results.

well i work out 1 1/2 everyday maybe take sat or sunday off but i go to the gym between 1-3pm cause if i go late in the evening i can;t sleep, but if you have spare time to work out 30 min twice a day yes it increases your metabloism, anything over 20min helps that and to loose weight
