If you are working out but still gaining weight, is it just muscle weight?!

Question: considering you are stressed, not getting enough sleep....

Answers: considering you are stressed, not getting enough sleep....

Yes but make sure that you are taking in enough calories. To build muscle and get tone you actually need to intake quite a few calories. Anyway if you'd like to lose some weight, a bit more cardio mixed with a low protein (high will make you muscles grow) and then just repeat but make sure it is stressful. Sitting on a tread mill for three hours and barely sweating is not gonna make you lose weight. Try stair steppers

most likely. but it could also be that some ppl say, "Oh im working out, so i can eat more" but u cantt. if ur working out 2 lose weight, u gotta eat better 2 losie weight as well

no. its fat. Putting on muscle is a slow process. It could take a month or more to put on one pound of muscle.

are you eating the right foods? Itsmno good exercising and eating pizzas and high fat fods

if you are eating healthy it is probably just muscle weight because when you start working out to lose weight some people gain a little weight at first as it weighs more than fat. soon after you start to lose more fat and weight. you need muscle to lose weight, so this is natural. stress could cause you to gain wait because it releases cortisol into your system, which makes your body store fat. lack of sleep also contributes to weight gain as it it slows your metabolism. try some intense cardio like kick boxing (or running, whatever floats your boat), it will help you release stress and make your sleep more peaceful. good luck.

The definitive solution is to track your body fat percentage. This can be done easily with a low-cost device that sends a painless electrical current through your body. You should use it the same time every day, but not while you're pregnant or have certain heart conditions.

It could possibly be muscles cause they usually make up 40% of your bady weight (or somethin like that) OR it could be the whole "Since I amworking out i can eat more!" egh WRONG!!!!

if you have just started working out, most likely your experiancing water retention. your muscle tissues can retain a lot of liquid causing your weight to go up a few pounds, it is normal especially when you lift weights.
