Does this sound like a good meal plan?!
Question: Well I really want to lose weight and keep it off. I weigh about 170 lbs. and I want to be anywhere from 12-140 lbs. So does this sound like a good meal plan to acheive that goal?(I will exercize too)
Breakfast:
1.banana
2.whole weat toast w/o butter
3.possibly an egg or a bowl of healthy cereal
Lunch:
Fruit Salad or
2 bags of 100 calorie packs
water
Dinner:
Healthy cereal or a salad and some baked chicken
