1325 net calories to lose weight. i'm trying to get down to 55kg. Total calories would be 1500-1800, depending on level of exercise.

breakfast: cereal, oatmeal or poached eggs.
snack: crispbread with cheese and tomato or rice crackers with cream cheese or a small bowl of salad.
lunch: chicken and salad sandwhich (or sometimes ham). always wholemeal bread.
snack: apple or banana
dinner: brown rice, steamed vegetables and either fish, red meat or chicken.
snack (if not going over my calorie intake): something small under 100 calories, usually fruit.

drink: a 750ml bottle of water, filled up 2 or 3 times a day. sometimes tea, because it warms my body up.

- intake 1200-1400cal/day
- on diet to loose about 40lbs.

morning: tomato's, cucumber,bread cottage cheese a little salty fish, eggs or oatmeal. this is mostly in a form of a sandwich. the bread like a large hot dog roll. coffee juice.
lunch is heavy (but not fried) how much i eat and what depends on how physical the day has been and where i am.
Dinner is light: i usually have 3 different types of salad with a pasta/rice dish. the Sauce tomato base a little meat or fish wok fried onions, garlic assortment of sweet peppers. this is under normal circumstances just to maintain my normal weight.

breakfast
-two pieces of wholemeal bread with lettuce or jam or whatever I can find! plus a glass of water with lemon juice
lunch
-salad, sandwhich, sushi, or leftovers
dinner
-my boyfriend is a chef so normally something delicous but healthy!
snacks
-fruit I am addicted to fruit!! yum yum

currently I am pregnant and am losing weight so trying to maintain a healthy weight I recently lost about 10kgs before I fell pregnant and now I am so nausaus finding it hard. I get alot of grief for being underweight! but at the moment I cant keep food down.

trying to put on weight! (fast food and fat makes me spew the most!)
