I think im fat, but others say im not?!


Question: i think im fat but all of my mates say im not.
i'm 5ft 6 and a half and nearly 13, i weigh 113lbs (8.6 pounds)
and i think i need to go on a diet, because i have a massive belly. i want to be thiner!
Any ideas about being thinner,
around the stomach area.
Need you help.

You're not fat! You are tall and thin. Girls your age shouldn't be worrying about your body anyway... you should be having fun! But if you really want to work out your stomach area, when I was in middle school, my gym teacher told us that if we did crunches everyday for a month that it would really help tighten up our stomachs. Hope that helps!

yo!!!! you are not fat! most kids 13 weigh about 125 pounds wich is bout average. but if you want to becom HEALTHIER eat lotsa fuit veggies and join a sport.

Yes..you can reduce the size of your belly by...growing up naturally and eating good food. Malnurished people can get big bellies because of this. Eat a cheesebuger and relax.

i would try to eat more veggies and fruits and walk a little bit every day and add a little vit of mileage every day! hope it helps

your not fat to me but the question is "how do you feel" not what others think. And if you think you should lose some weight and you feel a bit overweight then do so. The question is always how do you feel yourself? Do you think you think you should knock off a few pounds? What your friends think doesn't matter. Its your life, not theres

I don't think that you are fat. I had a large stomach last year. I changed my diet by eating fruits and vegetables. I had to cut out the sugar. Cakes, cookies, and sodas make your belly fat.

You sound perfect to me and you might have a distorted body image. Try to love yourself for who you are... numbers-wise you're close to being underweight. Just stay active and eat healthy food and you should have nothing to worry about.

i almost didn't hang out with some on because she kept saying she was fat
you look fine the way you are but before you stop eating
do 10 sit ups every night and you'll look and fell better in no time

you are not fat! if you're really that bothered ditch the junk food, eat plenty of fruit and veg and walk a dog.
