Need a bit of encouragement for my weight loss :)?!

Question: Ok so It's been 7 days since I started Optifast diet and i have lost 3 kilos!!! :)
oh and I have gained 1.5% of muscle

Don't worry I'm being really healthy
I drink 3-4 L of water a day ( I used to hate water and never drink it...now i love it)
I also do some exercise each day ( normally just a 30 min walk and incedental exercise *my school has a lot of stairs*)

Anyway I just need some encouragement to keep going ( for another few weeks)
I'd really like to lose another 7 kilos within the next 3 weeks
I'm on a 600 calorie diet a day btw if anyone wanted to know :P

Any TIPS or ADVICE or STORIES or...yeh just ANYTHING
would be appreciated...good or bad :)
thanx for answering in advance

Tip 1. Be self motivated..................
Tip 2. Imagine urself after another 7kg loss and be happy and on the track!!!

That doesn't sound very healthy to me.

Wow 600 calories is low. Maybe crank up the exercise while increasing the calories. But remember, you lose weight faster the first few weeks than later on so if the losses aren't as much in later weeks don't get discouraged.

Fat stays off better if it is slower. Healthy weight loss is between 500 g and 1 kg after the first 3 weeks. Try a low GI diet, there are many plans on the internet you can follow with this diet. Optifast is slimming milkshakes, right? These are not healthy. You need food. If you need suppory, I would recommend Weight Watchers. Gauranteed results if you stick at it

Good Luck ! ... and carry on !
Im on a diet too ... and yours sound perfect i might try it =]
CARRY ON GIRL ! .... you will look and feel great !

If you are not one of those that can eat and eat but never get fat..... welcome to the club.

Weight loss/weight control is a lifelong process... can you imagine yourself on Optifast for the rest of your life? And once you stop, the weight will come back ultrafast also.

What you really need is a long plan that you can work on which hopefully will become a habit in your life for eg. cut out the fat/skin on the meat, regular excerise routine, cut out food 3 hrs before bedtime, etc,etc....

Michelangelo was a great artist. Aside from painting he is also known for his carving of David from marble. Like that marble, you need a little chip here and there and as long as your chipping your carving. You'll find yourself or your David in there.

You were already made that way. God planned it by design. You got the tools,( I hope your Calorie plan is physician monitored, and with that much water drinking your electrolytes are being watched. I am assuming so, there are all kinds of Liquid diets supervised by Physicians) you know how you are supposed to look, and like Michelangelo your eyes will tell you when you're ready to rest and reach your endpoint.

Trust me, I help people lose weight professionally.
