Answers: I know that in general most fats are not good for you but don't get this "trans-fat" thing I am seeing constantly.

"Fats that are artificially created through a chemical process of the hydrogenation of oils. This solidifies the oil and limits the body's ability to regulate cholesterol. These fats are considered to be the most harmful to one's health. .."

its an artificial fat that our body has NO USE for and destroys our genetic make up the more we consume it.

its also super high in calories and has trouble leaving your body so if you eat much of it, it is bound to stay on you

Trans fat is the common name for a type of unsaturated fat with trans- isomer fatty acid(s).
The consumption of trans fats increases one's risk of coronary heart disease by raising levels of "bad" LDL cholesterol and lowering levels of "good" HDL cholesterol. Health authorities worldwide recommend that consumption of trans fat be reduced to trace amounts.
