Question: well i want to loes weight but dont really know to start. How do i start if my husband still eats all fatty food he wants in front of me. Its like u quite smoking and u still hang around people that smoke i say ur more likely to pick it up again. I mean i cheap person i dont want to have to cook to meals i have 2 kids also. Time managment and motivation.

Cook healthy and eat healthy especially if you have two kids!!
And for your two kids, you dont want them becoming a fat statistic.


You have to make it work, and its not that hard start by finding recipes you like and finding time to go for walks with your kids, take them out.. having an active lifestyle gives you more energy so it will benfit you in the long run :)

Eat only when hungry and not more than three times a day. Include plenty of vegetables and fruits in ur food. Eat slow, chewing each morsel at least 32 times. This activates ur body to send signals that u have enough. No snacks or drinks in between except water.

Take light exercises and walking for about 30 min every day preferably twice a day.

No carbs. Protein, vegetables and fruits. It's all you cook/serve. If they want rice, potatoes/orso, mac and cheese, or pasta they'll have to learn to cook it. You could lose twenty pounds, just eliminating carbs. If the veggies are good, they won't notice for weeks. Neither will you. Baked sweet potatoes are allowed and they're good with spinach.

its simple. cut down on fatty foods... u ont hav to cut it out straight away.

and eat veges with protien.. THE ONLI WAY YOUR BODY CAN BURN ALOT OF FAT IS IF U DO THAT
ppl who think ok ill b heathy and they just eat salad..are acutaly worse off then if u ate salad and cheese sticks!
so eat veges with protiens such as cheese. meat. eggs.
snack on fruits, cut up carrots and hommus, fruit kebabs.
try not to eat carbs after like 3pm
and potatoes, pumpkins, peas are full of carbs
dont put pressure on yourself..
i lost the most weight wen i wasnt acutaly dieting. i just decided ok im gonna b heathy ..take the stairs. do 5 push up... who cares if its not much..every little bit counts..and each week u can start cutting out more and more fatty foods. with onli occasional treats. and maybe doing 10 push up etc..

The best way to loose weight is to do naturally. The body will accept it better. Take half the intake, eat half what u normally eat. 3 light meals a day. No sugar stuff. Soft drinks are no good. Plain water is the best. No sweet drinks and no snack. Do not eat between meals. Have regular time meals. Do not eat before bed. No supper. Breakfast is a must. Take a light lunch. A lighter dinner. Less red meat, if possible take fish. The best way to eat fish is to steam it. More vegetables and take 2 kinds of fruits per day. If u decide to stop meat a better replacement would to take beancurd. You can caculate your body mass index (BMI) with a formula.
