Can you give me a good example of one days low fat meals?!

Im a student and dont have much spare cash but I would like to know if you can suggest 3 cheap healthy, low fat meals that work and can help me lose weight.

How about a protein shake and a protein bar/ or container of lowfat yogurt for breakfast, {or all 3} the same for lunch with a large salad,{easy on the dressing} and for dinner a piece of lean meat{about 6-7 oz.} {chicken, salmon, steak}, a small baked potato, a large salad and 2 cups of veggies like broccoli, carrots, green beans, etc. Drink at least six 8 oz. glasses of water a day. I have medical problems that make it alot harder for me to lose weight than the average person, but by following this eating program, I lost 7 lbs. in 2 weeks. For me, it felt like a miracle! i am not sure about three meals but i know that baked potato in the microwave is quick easy and most toppings are quite healthy if you don't have too much

u should try parsnip chips, they are soo good (just treat them just like chips) i have them regularly with Quorn sausages (which arent expensive)

veg is cheap!!

That is the issue.. cheap and healthy/low fat don't usually go into the same category. How stupid that might be. Ugh.... but here are maybe some ideas..

Toast w/ peanut butter
Soup ( most un creamy soups are good for you.. and you can find some cheap deals on them)
Bean burritos ( they are actually pretty good for you and low in fat.. and they are usually the cheapest thing as fast food)
Fruits are always good as well :)

breakfast i usually have eggwhites, hardboil or fry them up with nonstick pam add salsa or whatever, lunch, salad or chix breast sandwich on wheat or rye and dinner, fish, chix, lean hamburg, but if you like venison or knw someone who hunts that your cheap way and its very low in fat,, lots of veggies, no butter use salsa or mustard i've dieted for a long time i learned to add some weird stuff that wasn;t fattening.
