I"m skiny from the side, but wide from the front?!


Question: Okay, so I used to be overweight, and I focused mainly on how thin I would get. Now, I'm thin, but I'm wide from the front. What should I do to be thin both ways?

It might just be that you have wide hips..which women often have. It's often calling "child bearing hips"! It doesn't mean that your fat...you just have a womans body.

Work on your waist, the ab muscles on the sides of your stomach. Also, work on the insides of your thighs. That should tighten things up from the front or the back.

you should do squats with your legs..then put your hands in a fist positin put them next to eachother, then move side to side while tightning your stomick, thatll help loose your side fat..also go googling and type in your qustion like how do i loos fat from the side?

Hi. The fat is being reduced from all parts of the body as you make your consistent efforts.

It sounds to me that you want to get rid of the last and the hardest bits of fat.

Again, there is no magic for this, just continue with your efforts and stay persistent. You will succeed for sure.
