Well, how old are you? If you're 17 or older then:
start lifting. You do a chest workout for pecs but you should workout all parts of your upper body (triceps/biceps, shoulders, back, as well as chest). Start with light weights and once you get the form down switch to heavy weights (less reps). If you're under 17, you can do everything except keep the weights lighter and do more pushups/pullups. Here's an example (but you can modify as you need):

Day 1: Chest - do 3 sets of flat bench, 3 sets of incline bench, 3 sets of flies, 3 sets of decline, 100 pushups (spread throughout the day).
Day 2: Cardio - whatever you want
Day 3: Biceps/Triceps - 3 sets of dumbbell curls, 3 sets of tricep extensions, 3 sets of barbell curls, 3 sets of dips/dip machine, 3 sets of hammer curls, 3 sets of tricep rope pull downs
Day 4: Cardio (or rest)
Day 5: Back/Shoulder - 3 sets of dumbbell rows, 3 sets of front raises, 3 sets of lat pull downs, 3 sets of shoulder presses, 3 sets of rows (machine), 3 sets cable shoulder presses OR 3 sets of shrugs, or 3 sets of shoulder raises
Day 6: Chest (mix up what you did on Day 1)
Day 7: relax

Hope that helps. Remember to eat lots of good food (and increase your protein intake). Protein for muscle growth, good carbs for energy.

do a crap load of push ups. done them whenever you find the time.

when the computer is loading, when the computer game is loading, etc.

I'm trying to lose weight too and it's sooo hard. My aunt is using a weight loss product and it's really working for her (100% natural). I'm gonna try it and I recommend you try it too. It's really a colon cleanse, and it's a healthy way to detox, not like most diet pills. Check their website at
http://news.google.in/news/url?sa=T&ct=u... , my aunt got a free trial and paid only $4.95 shipping and handling.
