The photo you provided appears round but this could be due to the fact that you are too close to the camera. Most cheap cameras have an affect call Fish Eye, It causes images to bend when taken too close.
The other photos on that site look normal.

In your normal pictures, you have a big chin. Eck.
Sometimes it can be hard to judge face on by eye.
A trick you can use is to stand facing a mirror (make sure your hair is tied back showing your entire face), take a sharpie or lipstick (anything you can trace on the mirror with) and trace the outline of your face on the mirror. Then take a step back to see the shape of your face. And if you dont believe what you are seeing .. you can always measure the tracing on the mirror for final conformation.
