You have to find something individual and specific to your situation. For me, I have pictures of myself when I weighed 265 pounds. If I feel like blowing off the gym all I have to do is look at the pictures of how I never want to look again.

Well its different for different people. What I tell myself is you dont want to be the fat girl that nobody wants. I think the main reason I diet and do what I do is to impress boys. and i think thats what half the girls that do it do it for the boys. So think about something you look cute in thats too small and that you want to fit in or your goal. Or just feeling happier with yourself and feeling good about yourself. hope this helped :]

just drool at the ripped guys and hot sexy babes in the gym..they are a feast for the eyes and an inspiration for the mind,a motivation for the heart..

my i-pod motivates me put some awesome music on and blast it and sing along and think " this will payoff soon

not really. i just think about what i could look like if i excercised enough, and what i'd look like if i continued to lay around and do nothing. that gets me up and running lol.

On the really bad days I tell myself: if i only do half of what I should do for exercise its okay. I allow myself to once or twice a week to do it half or even a quarter, but never skip.
It makes it easier to start when the idea of half of the load is gone. Once I started up, i often do all of it instead of half since i have started up already.

I heard something that has helped me......NO ONE really likes working out. People that run every day, work out "religiously" and are in great shape included. People that are motivated just push past that feeling that most of us have about working out. Those people are rewarded. If you push through you will be too.
