How do i lose some weight off my legs.?!


Question: To me it seems like my legs are bigger in proportion to my body. I'm 15 only 5'1" and i weigh about 98 punds. but I hav wide thighs and calves. I just need a simple workout i can do everyday, without any fancy eqiptment and in under and hour...

It's super easy, and really relaxing, it helps tone your entire body at the same time, so i would suggest just getting a DVD from wal-mart or target, they have a lot of 30 minute yoga videos!

First things first, bodies aren't always "proportional". You could simply have larger legs. Since you are so short and weigh so little, I am doubting you are overweight. Understand that girls are meant to have more meat on their thighs for motherhood reasons. If you are in doubt though, try doing some toning exercises like yoga or pilates, or look up some bikini workouts on the internet (there are always tons of those). Really, you should look at your female relatives and see if their legs are the same. If so, it's the way you were meant to be and it makes you unique and beautiful :)
