Teen Diet Plan?!


Question: I am 17 years old. 5'5. and 130 pounds.
I know thats not that bad but I have a bit of a belly.
I would love to know what I could do in order to get in a bit more shape.
What exercises should I do? ( I have a treadmill and two 5 pound weights)
Can anyone give me an ideal meal plan of what exactly to eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner, along with some snacks.
Should I just drink water or is there something else that I should drink as well that might help?
What time should I work out if I do and how often?
Also is it true that you shouldn't eat after a certain time at night? and what time is it if that's true?

if you want to loose some belly do about 100 situps a day. run on your treadmill about 30 min 3 or 4 times a week. and for 2 pound weight use them for 15 minutes.

breakfast: try some special k cerial.
lunch:a healthy sandwich
dinner: salad

to help your motabalisim drink water and green tea.

you shouldnt eat about 1 hour or 2 before you go to bed. yes that is true.

Just count how many calories you eat...
like mabye you should eat 300 or 400 calories for breakfast.. a 100 calorie snack....
a lunch for like 300to 400 calories
and mabye a dinner with 300 to 500 calories..
excersize like mabye 3 times a week should be good...
i heard youll lose 10 pounds off of that...
(try tread mill for 20 to 30 mins with some sit ups and leg lifts 3 times a week)

do NOT eat any high calorie foods after 9 pm
keep the diet going for about a month or something like that!

ok..well..im fifteen..and ive been looking for a work out plan for quite a while.so this is what i came up wiht..and so far ive lost 10 pounds..all i did was eat what i normally do except i give myself way smaller portions..and then just come up with an excercise plan that works for you..but change it up everyday..like i did treadmill for 30 min on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday..and then do weight lifting, crunches, pull ups, push ups, jumping jacks, etc on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday...then rest up on sundays...hope that helped.
