do an hour of exercise 3 times a week

Work out how many calories you need, and cut back 900 calories a day this would give you about 1 and 1/2 pound weight loss a week.

breakfast : an apple
Snack: 2 bananas
Lunch: grilled vagatables with no fat.
Snack: yoghurt
Dinner (as early as possible): Grilled or boiled Salmon or chicken Or tinned fish in brine (as much as you want)
