Is this a healthy way to lose weight?!


Question: Right now I way 187lbs. I plan on getting down to either 150 or 155. I'm going to be eating 1000 calories a day and I'm going to suddenly stop drinking 2 litres of soda a day and drink nothing but water and green tea. But I run 6miles a day and I usually burn 1050 calories. So I'm going to be burning more calories than I consume. Is that a healthy way to lose weight? How long will it take me to reach my goal weight then?

Drink the water instead but if you really crave soda go ahead and have some. If you can run non stop then great if not then walk while resting it is important to go at least an hour non stop. Your body burns blood sugar for the 1st 20 minutes of movement, then with 20 minutes of non stop movement the body begins to burn fat for energy.

Eat a big breakfast
It is interesting to note that 80 percent of the people who are overweight eat a small breakfast or none at all. Eighty percent of thin people eat a large breakfast. Your breakfast should consist of as much as you want of the following items. Everything listed should be organic. Apples, pears, berries, kiwis, pineapples, grapefruit, plums, peaches, prunes, figs, rye bread, raw butter (raw means not pasteurized and not homogenized), raw milk, plain yogurt (this means no sugar or fruit), wild smoked salmon, beef in any form as long as it
