What are some good ways to gain height in toe-touches?!


Question: Like any drills I can practice...muscles to stretch, things to move etc...

I know HOW to do a toe touch, I just need ways to improve my height, suggestions?

I think that stretching in a straddle position, and holding your middle splits should help. toe touches also take leg strength, and strong hip flexors. you could do lunges, and squat jumps for leg strentgh, and for hip flexors you could try sitting in a wide straddle position and lifting one leg off the ground as high as you can (without touching the ground) about 25 times. good luck:)

In order to do a perfect toe touch you have to have the flexibilty, so make sure you have both your splits and straddles. Also, maybe while your watching tv or something, sit with your legs sperated and reach as far as you can, trying to get your stomach to the ground. Once you have all of that your toe touches should become much better and easier.
