I need help loosing weight...?!


Question: I am 103lbs. and 5ft. 2.5in. i need a workout that will get me in shape for bathing suit season. my class is going on a camping trip, and i wanna wear a bikini! PLEASE HELP! diet ideas, workouts anything. i feel soo fat.! like you don't know. everyone says OMG ur so pretty annika dont worry your gorgeous. but i dont believe it. HELP ME PLEASE!EEEEEE!!!!!

Well for one if ppl r telling u u r gorgeous then accept be like o thank u. ENJOY IT! and the second is, i am not over weight but i am out of shape. What i am doing is a variety of exercises. Some of these are jogging, sit ups, crunches, and I also play sports. In addition to these I also try to keep a good diet. When i say this i dont mean like i live off of one thing and nothing else (DO NOT DO THAT!!!) what i do is try to watch the back of the box on the label at the carbs and fat. It doesnt have to have like none but it doesnt need to have tons or anything. It might take awhile to get it down but to tell u the truth 103 isnt that much... Just dont starve yourself.

Another main thing is to get your stomach size down. If u do this then u wont be hungry all the time (this is what happened to me.) What u have to do is instead of skipping breakfast, lunch or dinner, eat many different meals but LESS. even if your stomch is asking for more just wait.

You dont need to lose anything. But if you really want to, sow your lips together.

Well, a simple way to lose weight is to burn more calories in a day than that you eat. Also, drinking a lot of water promotes weight loss.

lol... 103 pounds? that's not overweight. you could always try to stop eating though...

lol...well u are skinny....im about that weight and 5'4 and there is nothing wrong with me atleast i dont think lol...hmmm... u could always cut down on your food which means eat two meals a day only and dont go for seconds....after u eat your two meals go outside and do something, run walk whatever just lose some of the calories u just ate...if u have a treadmill use it! ride your bicycle if u have one for 20 mins...if u dont have one dont freak out...it doesnt matter just run for 20-40 mins...if u have a trampoline jump on it for 20 mins a day...do all of this every single day....it gives u a lot of confidence and self esteem and makes u feel like a new person...it feels great lol....i do it everday just to gain my confidenceu could do something u like, as in dancing....i like dancing in my room alone and filming it lol...then after i dance i look at my film and see how i looked...its fun and helps u lose weight....and before bed eat one or two snacks no more....and thats it:D dont feel lazy doing any! it will make u feel good doing it!

After eating supper walk and not around the block,POWER WALK for a good mile round trip,it'll burn calories fast,or bike a few miles,eat salads chicken salads tuna salads stuff like that.

Your weight is fine. Do not listen to the people who tell you to stop eating this Will only slow down your metabolism. If you want to drop a few pounds an easy way to do it is to stop drinking soda and drink a lot of water, like a gallon a day. Also don't eat really salty foods. This will help you to feel less bloated and obtain a slimmer shape. Its a quick fix but not permanent. I have lost 15 pounds in a week doing this. Usually I drop about 5 pounds though and am able to get into my skinny jeans.
