Since you've had children, being able to fully tone up really depends on if your abdomen muscles are still held tight by a certain tendon (I think it's a tendon, not too sure).

If that thing that holds the muscles in place is stretched or torn (which often happens due to childbirth when women are smaller in size), then the only way to get rid of the looseness is to tightent those muscles by suttering them by means of a tummy tuck.

Since you said that it seems like your body is fine besides your stomach area, it sounds like this is the problem. However, if you do have excess fat in other areas/all over, I'd suggest using the treatmill/eliptical for at least 20 minutes three times a week, and eating about 5 smaller meals a day.

Good luck!

get an ab-swing they work dont pay $100 for one go to your local market and get one cheap

Eat only when hungry and not more than three times a day. Include plenty of vegetables and fruits in ur food. Eat slow, chewing each morsel at least 32 times. This activates ur body to send signals that u have enough. No snacks or drinks in between except water.

Take light exercises and walking for about 30 min every day preferably twice a day.

Be patient to see the results in hassle free mode in reasonable time.

i couldn't see your picture. i have had 3 kids, i have a six pack now and very perfect body. i didn't get it over 3 months - i was doing every day hard work little by little by little. u can not lose your huge stomach in 3 months, this is absolutely not realistic. when i gave birth to a child i started exercising in 2 weeks after giving birth. now your fat around your stomach became your body, it produces hormones, it is a living thing. it will be very very hard for u to get rid of it - lots and lots and lots of cardio and very restricted diet and lots and lots and lots of abs exercises. it requires lots of determination. and i bet u will maybe lose that fat in a year or 2, not sooner. some people never lose fat from stomach - this is the worst area ever to lose fat. so i would suggest u do tummy tuck and after that u exercise actively, cos if u won't exercise u will get your fat back - remember, fat tissue can grow back
