WW isn't that low in calories...did you make sure that something else didn't cause your menstruation to cease?

Anyway, 1500 is easy. Do something like three 400 calorie meals and a morning and afternoon snack. Don't go nuts eating empty carbs...make your calories count by choosing whole grain products and healthy vegetables. Don't skip meals, ever and drink tons of water.

You have to make sure you burn a significant amount of calories to make up for the amount you're consuming which means working out. You have to make sure you get your heart rate in a fat burning zone. If you're heart rate is to low, you're not working hard enough and the time you spend working out can almost become a waste of time.

1500 calories also seems like quite a bit. If you normally consume a lot more, then this is a good start. However, you should try starting at 1200 calories.
