I want to gain weight, get muscular, and work on hockey!?!

Question: Im 15 and i weight about 120. im pretty skinny, and tall.
i want to get thicker, but with muscle. i need to buy some more protein shakes, because i do work out acouple times a week, but want to get more serious about it. so im wondering what kind of weight gainer and muscle maximizer to get.

Also, if anybody knows anything good to do on the hockey off season to improbe any part of my game, please let me know.
My buddy and i are going to start jogging. and im going to start weight lifting more.
what should i be eating, and doing to achieve all this?

play street hockey that will increase you stick handling shooting, and team skills.

do drills with your eyes mazes and such, helps with you vision on the ice.

with jogging dont jog, sprint as much as you can, that will really help the most with hockey cause there is no time in which you are just "jogging" on the ice.

work on starts and transistions. at a stand still just exploide and run 20 yards, do this many times, remember to start in your hockey stance, slightly bent back and bent knees, HEAD UP!

work on transitions practice running forward, exposing your hips, then transferring the rest of your body to moving backwards. remember to stress the opening of the hips.

ALWYAS DO EVERYTHING IN A HOCKEY STANCE!! you may look like an idiot doing this but this is what helps, everything should be done in a hcokey stance, our coach used an example as we should be walking to class in the hockey stance. you would be surprised how much of a differance this would be.

work on compound exercises more eat lots of good proteins and get lots of rest dont overtrain

To gain weight you have to eat more calories than you burn. Start off by estimating how many calories you burn each day using the daily calorie needs calculator http://calorieneedscalculator.com To gain 1 pound per week, eat 500 clories more than you're burning. To gain 2 pounds per week, double it and eat 1,000 calories more than you're burning everyday. To gain muscle, in addition to eating more you also have to stimulate them with enough through resistance training that when they recover, they'll get bigger and stronger. To get an efficient workout you might want to join a gym if you aren't already a member.
