So I've reached my goal weight, when can I start easing back?!

Question: I've lost 20lbs in 3 months and toned up a lot. I'd like to build a bit more muscle still, but I don't want to lose any more weight. I run/walk most days, do a session with a personal trainer once a week and do weights/resistance etc every second day. I've cut back how much I eat and don't get hungry anymore if I eat 3 sensible meals a day and a few healthy snacks.

So can I cut back the intensity of the exercise a bit? Maybe run a couple of times a week, 2 weight sessions? I don't want to undo the good work, but I don't want get too thin or bulk up.

Ideas?

Protein Diet is a good idea..., but i think in order to stay at this new weight..., you've gotta start making half what you'd eaten before !!!
I mean If u'd a complete Pizza...., Now u've to cut it into just 4 slices !!!
then you'll see how enjoyable life could be ;-)

go on a protein diet..
