What you need to do is get a routine for lifting that works chest and tri-ceps one day and back and bi-ceps the next. After working out, eat a healthy pasta dinner but include protein or some "legal" substance to help your muscles get the vitamins and energy they need to rebuild. If you eat protein it will help your muscles rebuild quicker than if you just eat a salad or something. Gaining weight is not that hard, lifting and eating correctly can have you bulking up in eight to 10 months. I lifted for football at your age and the way I just explained took me from 150 to about 165/170. Good luck.

lol no way buddie :)

start goin gym alot and eat right maybe u get there in a year or two...

I'M almost 14, and i have some pretty good muscles. and surprisinging enough i'm taking the lifeguarding class. Just go to the gym and do some simple weightlifting, not to much, because you don't want to hurt yourself. try picking up a 10 pound brick at the bottom of the pool, that's what i practice. good luck!!

Just lift weights or something.

LOL im 14......5 foot 5, 105 pounds and really skinny......ive been going to the gym 3 times a day and doing treadmill and lifting weights it really helps....also going for a quick daily jog or a bike ride improves your endurance.....I can tell how much stronger my muscles have grown already and ive only been doing this for 3 months

if u do this then you should be in good shape!

well for your info you have muscle everyone does rather their big
id a different story you can make them big just work out

first off your way to skinny.. gain like 20 lbs (do this in the process of lifting weights so you will have it turn to muscle not fat.. and instead of running and jogging. you should start lifting weights for 30min a day 7 days a week. set a goal for yourself. and also do a sport like football

It`s quite dangerous to your musculoskeletal physiology to start pumping weights in your teens. Try doing some Hockey it builds up muscles quite a bit, bike-riding and swimming. Martial Arts are also good for toning muscles. Talk to your family doctor and/or your Pediatrician. And for God`s sake don`t use any of the bogus "enhancers" in order to build muscle, it`s not healthy for you. Don`t try to rush into adulthood, just let it come to you and enjoy it to the fullest. Another thing, try eating pasta and lots of fruits.
