Im tryna flatten my stomach in 25 daays?!

well i stareted my diet today i kinda cheated it. i ate a cheesebuger from mcdonads ughhh i work dere

plus for lunch i had a sandwich with no mayo.
what can i eat & what cant i eat?

is it okay to eat a grill salad from mcdonals?
& dere fish??

excersize is key....in 25 days you will start to see resolts not a final product it takes time to get where you want to be and it takes time to learn how to stick to the new diet. as other people mentioned pack a lunch to work. while at work when the pace is slow do calf lifts it kills time and its excersize. work out 3-5 times a week for atleast an hr. as for diet you want to eat lean meats white meat is best but if you like red meat like me stores sell 97% fat free meats and get the thin cuts. portion control is another major bit when you look at nutrition facts look at how large one portion is versus how much you put on your plate.

it's fine just burn it all off.

DONT EAT THERE bring your own lunch thats healthy fruit/veggies / salad with no dressing or light oil etc..

lol you cant expect to see improvements on a diet that you started today and have already cheated on! its absurd.

I wouldnt eat anything from mcdonalds if youre on a diet. just bring something else into work for lunch, like a salad instead of eating their food.

plus get some exercise, youll get results quicker.
