thats a bit too much to lose in 2 months isnt it. you'll need longer than that. 4 months maybe? exercise in the mornings before breakfast, that way you will be burning fat rather than buring off the breakfast yoiu just had, then dont pile on a big breakfast. eat lightly , otherwise youll just be eating what you just got rid of.

its better t have lots of small meals rahter than eat loads once a day. avoid too maany carbs and fats, but dont cut them out completely, otherwise it will affect your health.

use labels like slimfast, i know someone who lost 2 and a half stone by following a slim fast diet.

do a bit of research on different exersices that you can do. and dont just do the boring old jog round the park. do something more interesting and fun, like sports, dancing, swimming, atheletics etc.....it will stop you getting bored and make you feel more motivated to acctually exercise.

and eat fruit and veg, look upo some recipies that use these, there are some that are acctually quite tasty, youll be surprised at whats in them.

hope this helps!!

good luck xxx

ooo and one more thing. depending on what time you sleep, eat your dinner atleaset 4 hours beofre you sleep. that will give you time for a little more exercise and your food will start to digest properly. and no food right before bed, that makes you put on wieght

you have 2 options. Dysentry or diarrhoea.

try the cambridge diet, its a long way to walk every day but its worth it

well if you think about it.. you would have to lose 14 pounds a month 7 pounds every 2 weeks or 3.5 pounds every week.. i would aim to loose 14 pounds every month.. thats just easier.. eat less, exercise more. simple

go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food after 7 p.m.
I know a woman who lost 60 pounds a month on it. She did nothing else!

You are almost certain to fail. trying to diet in this extreme and unrealistic way seems to result in 2 out of 3 so called dieters ending up HEAVIER in the long term. (University of California Study 2006.)

I am afraid you need a lifestyle change involving a permanent modest calorie reduction, accompanied by a regime of a MINIMUM of 30 minutes of vigorous exercise 5 days a week. Losing weight will then take, as long as it takes.
