That is BS and you know it. If you are really tired of being fat you will get up off the couch and go for a walk. Join a gym. Ride a bike. The point is, you need to EXERCISE! Stop eating the cookies and junk and eat salads (with low fat dressing or none at all) fruit & veggies, fish, chicken breast and rice. No more soda. Simple changes to your diet and getting up and exercising will go a LONG way. YOU have to make the decision to change. No one can change you but you. Good luck.

  • If you stop eating your metabolism slows down. The only effective way to lose weight is to exercise and eat right. You have to burn more calories than you eat in order to lose weight. Good luck to you.
