What would be better for my workout?!


Question: Hey there, so i'm going to workout tonight, i was wondering, should i do walk away thep ounds, which is a in home wlaking system that is half an hour with interval training, or should i walk on the treadmill for an hour at a pace of 3.3-3.4mph at an incline of 2-2.5?

tredmill because my grandma has those walk away the pounds wideos and by the end i haven't even worked up a sweat. Why so slow on the tredmill? , I run at 6 mph the whole hour!

Try HIIT on the tredmill 45 secs at 3.5 45 seconds at 6.5 at a six percent incline ....its what my trainer has me doing... i have already lost weight

dont walk, run. and for a more intense workout add weights to your legs and increase the incline of the tredmill if its optional.
