It is better to eat evenly throughout the day. In fact, eating 5 or 6 small meals is much healthier and better for weight loss than 3 larger ones. It speeds up your metabolism, and also keeps you from having a lot of food sitting in your digestive tract at any one time. Just try to stop eating about 2 hours before you go to bed.

Even out your meals throughout the day. If you eat all you want in the morning that could be 1000 calories.
