I love Weight Watchers; it's actually one of the only diets out there to actually KEEP your weight off.

You can pay for it montly with a "monthly pass" and you can also pay for only the internet use on your own.

What's good with them is that they encourage healthy eating without being a strict diet - I call it a human lifestyle. You'll have flaws. You'll want to eat the whole gallon of ice cream. Eventually you'll learn that it's okay to indulge as long as you don't go overboard.

The meals are fine, but you don't have to rely on them. You can build your own recipes or use one of theirs. You can also eat out without a problem.

AND you can exercise.

Weight loss is going to take time and patience, as well as the ability to keep with it. Going to meetings is GREAT even though it can be intimidating. ALL leaders have been in your shoes.

good It is an excellent program in there. I have always lost my weight , I just don't keep it up. I would join when they open enrollment (no charge) for starting. I have a lifetime so I only have to pay until I lose.

i have heard from friends and family that this is successful weight loss but many dont like their system of point counting so i simply think you should see if they have a free trial offer and maybe see if you can sit in a meeting and see if you like it bcus it doesnt work for everyone but when it does its effective x

Its great , its the only diet I ever stuck to because it actually changed my eating habits rather than just a quick fix..I lost 15 kilos and have kept them off for four years!

That was actually the only program that ever helped me. I'm sure it's not for everyone, but if you really commit, you will like it. Its inexpensive, you can go to weekly meetings or do it online, the people are SO supportive, there are all different types of people that come (very obese to only wanting to lose a few pounds, and everyyyyything inbetween), and I always felt so motivated after the meetings. Oh! And online, they have really awesome recipes! I learned how to cook healthy as well! I say, go for it girlie!

Don't do weight watchers, it tastes like S**T.
And it is not even close to healthy, even if it does have the heart check on it. So no point in dieting and eating bad tasting, unhealthy food.

Did you know that the companies that have the heart check pay heart and stroke foundation to put the check there?

i am on it i like it a lot because i dont weigh myself except for once a week the same day and time every week and they have really good scales so u dont have to worry about them being off and they give u lots of saport and eating tips. n if u do it the rite way and find the rite type of foods its not one of those diets where u have to be hungry all the time. oh but i wouldnt sugest buying there meals because they have very small portions and way to many points for them and they leave u hunger :/
