I would try howstuffworks.com , I used that for college and I still use it sometimes for university. It depends how deep you need to go though, you might find that a book will help you more.
If you want general carbohydrate/fats/protein metabolism try googling them seperately if you need to go REALLY in depth. (Like Dr/nurse level)
