If any of these magical and effortless weight loss promises and preparations actually did any good, do you really think everyone would be so fat. You only have to look around you to see that of course they don't. The expression 'One born every minute' explains why quackery is alive and well in the 21st Century.
You can't lose weight, gain height, increase breast size or the size of your penis with anything you can buy on line.
If you want to sustain weight loss your only viable option is a combination of eating less and doing MUCH more exercise I am afraid.
I could do with a few..

The only way to lose weight is to excersise. The only 'easy' way to a flat tummy is a girdle :)
