If i stop eating; :/?!


Question: i weigh 93, but i don't like my thighs at all.
their all muscle & i hate it, if i stop eating
will....i be skinner? :(

or anyways to help my thighs get smaller?

my sister is 20, & she weighs 87 pounds,
and her thighs are super thin, im jealous, :/

okay. let me say that muscle is good. You sister being 87 pounds has absoultely nothing to do with you. You are your own person and Im sure you are absolutely gorgeous!! If anything you should have to gain weight..not lose weight at all. You weigh as much as like my 8 year old cousin! haha. Have a healthy balanced diet and do NOT skip any meal. It will not help you at all.

Here are some tips:

-Eat a healthy breakfast like: cereal and a peice of fruit with Water, Milk or Juice.
-Nutritious snack
-Eat a good lunch: Sandwhich, pretzels, strawberries/orange/banana (any fruit ot vegetable) and a drink other than soda.
-Nutritious snack
-Dinner..whatever your mom/dad makes or if you have your own have some type of chicken/beef/any meat w/protein with veggies/rice/potatos

Just keep a balanced diet..in this case more is better..you should never eat less than normal..it will only go against you..it will not help you. And it will balance out the muscle in your legs. My friend is a gymnast and she is very small! But her whole family is small..so since she has like no fat on her she is mostly muscle! But she looks fine. She has amazing legs and arms. I think your goal is abnormal. Your normal weight depends on how tall are you. If you say you're 93 lbs than you must be either really short or really skinny to begin with.

well to weigh 93 pounds (or 87 pounds) you either have to be very short or you are quite annorexic. Trust me, looking like a stick is not attractive.

Not eating can cause a lot of problems including lack of vitamins and minerals that your body, brain, blood, and heart need to function properly. As well humans need a certain amount of body fat, fat helps us absorb vitamins. If you don't have some body fat you would never have a period and would never be able to carry a child.

What you are most likely noticing isn't fat but the lack of muscle. Muscle, when it is not tone is soft and even flabby seeming. What you need to do is eat healty foods (avoid greasy things, sugary things, and aritifical sweeteners) and excersize to get those muscles firm and in shape. You will look and feel much better.
